Theatre Shows
Gemma performs one woman shows where she uses popular well loved characters to entertain and teach. Using these characters, she engages her audience and using repetition, songs and interactive theatre, she teaches her audience to learn effortlessly. Plays 2025
MARY POOPINS (inspired by Mary Poppins and Mary Poppins Returns)
For: Elementari and 1st Media students.
Mary Poopins is based on the well known Mary Poppins, but with some differences! She is forgetful and needs the children's help to remember things. The children will learn the words to songs they already know, but in English, such as 'a spoonful of Sugar' because Mary Poopins will need help to remember how to sing them!
GALINDA, THE GOOD WITCH OF EAST LONDON! (inspired by Wicked, the musical)
For: Elementari and 1st Media students.
Galinda is from East London. She has come to Turin in search of the Wizard of Oz and her green friend Elphaba. Can the children help her? The children will learn the words to songs they know, such as Popular and Over the rainbow.
MISS MARVELOUS THE DETECTIVE (inspired by Miss Marple by Agatha Cristie)
For: Year 2-5 Media students
Miss Marvel (ous) is not as marvelous as she was in the past as she is quite old now! She has come to Italy to solve a murder and she can't speak Italian. Can anybody help her to communicate?
QUEEN CRAWLEY (inspired by Violet Crawly of Downton Abbey)
For: Year 2-5 Media students
Queen Crawly is in a bad mood because her smelly servants are on holiday and she must cook for herself and go shopping. Can anyone help her? She cannot do anything without a servant or help from the children!
SARAH'S DREAM
For: Year 2-5 Media students
Sarah is a school girl who is struggling at school. She has a history exam soon and goes to sleep believing that she will fail! What happens next seems like a miracle, as she meets important historical characters from British history in her sleep! These characters teach her and the children all that she needs to know to pass her exam!
